Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update customer job setups and statuses according to company policies
• Generate monthly revenue reconciliation schedules and assist in cash flow projections
• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in automotive, capital equipment, or engineering services preferred
• Knowledge of SEC, SOX, and GAAP standards
• Strong Excel skills and experience with report writing tools
