Job Summary

To support a long-term care facility, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Administrator in Training will assist in analyzing operations, act as a liaison between stakeholders, and monitor compliance with industry regulations under the direct supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists in analyzing nursing facility operations and developing budget reports
  • Acts as a liaison between residents, families, and the community while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Participates in HR and risk management issues, and aids in contract negotiations and safety programs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
  • Strong analytical skills to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
  • Effective presentation skills to communicate with management and staff
