Job Summary

To support a growing long-term care facility, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Administrator Trainee will assist in analyzing operations, act as a liaison between the facility and community, and develop budget reports while working under the supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists in analyzing various operations within a nursing facility and compiles budget projections
  • Acts as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families, and the community
  • Monitors industry regulations and assists in executing policy and procedural changes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
  • Strong mathematical skills for applying concepts such as fractions and percentages
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
