Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake and clinical assessments to evaluate individuals for program appropriateness
  • Provide individual support, including crisis intervention and coordination with Care Navigators
  • Document members' progress and manage compliance activities related to member admission requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree required
  • Behavioral health licensure (LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW) with willingness to obtain reciprocity in other states
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile applications
  • Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting
