Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Divisional Manager, Admissions Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to a remote corporate admissions team
• Drive strategic admissions initiatives to support census growth and revenue goals
• Serve as the escalation point for complex admissions and operational issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Social Services field (e.g., Social Work, Sociology, Nursing, Counseling)
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., LVN/LPN, RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Supervisory experience overseeing a team of employees
