Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Enforcement Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into civil rights discrimination complaints using various investigative tools
• File lawsuits and manage all aspects of civil litigation related to anti-discrimination laws
• Advise executive leadership on investigations, settlements, and litigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience practicing law as a licensed attorney
• Experience conducting investigations and gathering evidence
• Experience presenting legal arguments in state or federal court
• Experience drafting legal documents such as motions and briefs
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or pursuing admission
