Job Summary
To support a multi-state litigation practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Associate Attorney will manage cases, draft motions, and collaborate with clients on high-exposure general liability matters, with options for a hybrid schedule or full remote work from Nashville.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cases in collaboration with supervising partners
- Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery, and take depositions
- Appear in court and play key roles in trial preparation and trial
Required qualifications
- 2-7 years of general liability defense experience
- Active Tennessee bar license (additional state licenses preferred)
- Experience litigating across multiple jurisdictions
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is highly valued
- Strong experience with pleadings, motion practice, and court appearances
