Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

To support the resolution of Auto Liability claims, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims remotely, ensuring proper coverage and legal liability assessment for both first- and third-party claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
• Manage property damage claims, including interactions with claimants, attorneys, and body shops
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and initiate recovery efforts when subrogation exists

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
