Job Summary
To support the resolution of Auto Liability claims, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims remotely, ensuring proper coverage and legal liability assessment for both first- and third-party claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
- Manage property damage claims, including interactions with claimants, attorneys, and body shops
- Evaluate claims for potential fraud and initiate recovery efforts when subrogation exists
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Must possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
