Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto Liability claims, focusing on determining coverage and legal liability while managing property damage claims with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
• Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, including attorney-represented cases
• Evaluate policy coverage and establish reserve requirements while maintaining communication with insureds, claimants, and attorneys

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Must possess or obtain and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
