Job Summary
As a full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto Liability claims, addressing coverage and legal liability for various claim types with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations including interviews, documentation collection, and evidence securing to analyze coverage and determine liability
- Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
- Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Possession of a valid state adjuster license and commitment to continuing education credits
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
