Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

To support the investigation and resolution of Auto Liability claims, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims remotely, ensuring proper coverage and legal liability determination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing involved parties and gathering evidence to analyze coverage and liability
• Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
