Tennessee Licensed Automation Specialist

Job Summary

To support secure data exchange automation using the Kiteworks platform, the contract Automation and Security Specialist will lead stakeholder workshops, design API integrations, and configure automation components while working remotely from Brentwood, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather security and compliance requirements
• Design and implement automation solutions for data ingestion and secure file transfers
• Configure and deploy Kiteworks components in non-production environments and promote to production

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Kiteworks secure data exchange automation and configuration
• Hands-on knowledge of SFTP/API bridges and secure email-based file delivery
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Proficiency in producing validation-aligned documentation and risk assessments
• Ability to manage project documentation and work with compliance/audit teams
