Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time or part-time Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst will conduct assessments, collect data, and collaborate with a team of clinicians while enjoying hybrid-remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases for children aged 2-18 on the autism spectrum
• Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training
• Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs while fulfilling billable hour requirements

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's Degree
• Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Passion for client success
• Demonstrated leadership skills
