Job Summary

Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time or part-time Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst will utilize Central Reach for data collection, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians while enjoying hybrid-remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage cases for children ages 2-18 with autism spectrum disorders
  • Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training
  • Mentor and support a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
  • Passion for client success
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
