Job Summary
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time or part-time Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst will utilize Central Reach for data collection, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians while enjoying hybrid-remote work flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cases for children ages 2-18 with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training
- Mentor and support a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Demonstrated leadership skills
