Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and deliver direct ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Nashville, TN.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and track client progress
Required qualifications
- Tennessee LBA license (required)
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
- Compassionate, reliable, and focused on client needs
