Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a fully remote Transfer Center team, the Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator (RN/LPN) will manage and triage behavioral health referrals, conduct clinical assessments, and coordinate patient admissions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage incoming behavioral health referrals across multiple platforms and systems
• Perform clinical intake assessments in collaboration with referring nurses and providers
• Coordinate the admissions process and ensure patients are placed in the most suitable level of care

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN compact license
• 2 years of clinical experience
• Behavioral health experience required (admissions/intake preferred)
• Strong decision-making and technical skills
