Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide therapy to clients without the need for marketing or outreach, set their own flexible hours, and receive weekly pay for completed sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients provided by the organization
- Manage documentation and client communication through live video and messaging
- Maintain an independent practice while adhering to state licensing requirements
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Commitment to providing therapy-focused care without involvement in claims or billing
- Availability to average 30 hours per week for potential health stipend eligibility
