Job Summary
Providing virtual psychotherapy and counseling, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Professional will deliver care to clients within the Digital Wellness Center, working a rotating schedule of 5x8 shifts from 8am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday, in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
- Utilize evidence-based intervention methods to address psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues
- Engage with clients to define goals and plan actions for personal, social, educational, and vocational development
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Current independent licensure as a mental health clinician (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- 4 years of relevant experience in behavioral mental health treatment
- Experience in crisis management and cultural competence
- Certification in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) within 12 months of hire
