Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) will provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy to patients across the lifespan, utilizing a telehealth platform and in-clinic settings, while promoting a culture of teamwork and quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' mental and physical status and provide therapy for chronic mental health conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and provide crisis management as needed
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Permanent License required if LPC, with completion of all supervision requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting
- At least one year of experience in counseling or therapy
- Preferred state licenses in multiple states including Tennessee, Alabama, or Kentucky
