Tennessee Licensed Benefit Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Benefit Representative will manage escalated client inquiries, provide Tier 1 assistance, and ensure smooth enrollment processes while maintaining knowledge of client benefit plans.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalated calls and provide support to client employees regarding benefit inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client benefit plans and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
• Assist in training new team members and conduct quality control checks for accuracy in information provided

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years of related experience
• Current Life, Accident & Health Resident State Insurance License or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
• Prior experience with HR Technology, preferably in benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of insurance terminology and carrier claims processing
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
