Job Summary

To support the Tennessee Department of Health's Ryan White Part B AIDS Drug Assistance Program, the hybrid Tennessee Licensed Call Center Operator will provide real-time assistance and support for enrollment, eligibility, and issue resolution related to the Insurance Assistance Program, working part-time in-office on Mondays.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Ryan White field case managers regarding IAP enrollment and eligibility
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and case managers to resolve client-specific issues and improve access to medications
  • Manage a high volume of communications while documenting interactions and ensuring compliance with program guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of front-facing customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or public health
  • Experience in health administration with knowledge of healthcare operations and client service delivery
  • Proven ability to document client interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with databases or case management systems
