Tennessee Licensed Case Management Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Large Case Management function, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Case Management Manager will oversee clinical operations for high-cost medical cases, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance while managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Large Case Management program, aligning with organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations and ensure productivity, quality, and documentation standards are met through direct leadership of Supervisors
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement action plans for improved outcomes

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Case Manager (CCM) may be preferred
