Job Summary

Guiding clients through the insurance process, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Case Manager will manage incoming and outgoing calls, address client needs, and meet weekly performance metrics in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • Must hold a Tennessee Licensed Case Manager certification
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
