Job Summary
To support the implementation and modernization of the Cerner Charge Services Application, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Cerner Analyst will evaluate, build, test, and resolve issues while collaborating with clients and internal teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, build, test, and maintain the Cerner Charge Services Application while resolving complex technical problems
- Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to project leadership, coaching on data collection and system design requirements
- Consult with internal teams and business partners to share configuration status, project timelines, and verify configuration requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required or 3 years of direct application experience
- 1-3 years of direct application experience required; 3-5 years preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies or software development lifecycle processes preferred
- Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
