Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and verifying coverage
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in claims and evaluates/negotiates claims for potential recovery
• Responds to inquiries from policyholders and maintains knowledge of relevant liability laws and regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Completion of Introduction to Insurance and Introduction to Claims preferred
• Must obtain appropriate state licenses within specified timeframes
