Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, negotiates, and settles various claims, including general and product liability
• Conducts timely interviews with involved parties and maintains ongoing communication throughout the claims process
• Evaluates claims exposure and manages service providers to optimize outcomes and minimize expenses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three to five years of experience in insurance claims, particularly in premises or general liability
• Extensive knowledge of general liability laws and statutes across multiple states
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
