Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager, II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance and serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining account performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to create tailored insurance solutions and uphold service excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
- Producer's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appropriate licensing as required
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
