Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager, II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance and serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining account performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create tailored insurance solutions and uphold service excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
  • Producer's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Appropriate licensing as required
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
