Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Consultant to join their Enterprise Provider Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement projects and manage clinical quality improvement studies
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance provider performance
• Conduct research and develop presentations to support clinical quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
• 3 years of clinical experience or experience in public health/community health
• Experience with HEDIS and CAHPS is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
