Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Education On-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development
• Identify specialized training needs and ensure adherence to customer procedures and company processes
• Oversee a team and manage the execution of a comprehensive learning strategy for over 300+ team members

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years' experience in clinical training and program development
• Five years of management experience in service-oriented or healthcare organizations
• Experience in creating and implementing a scalable nurse preceptor program for remote workforces
• Knowledge of learning and development principles, including technology-based learning
• Proficiency in managing a curriculum for a diverse adult audience
