Job Summary
Providing enterprise implementation and support for clinical departments, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Clinical Imaging Analyst will manage hardware and software services, interact with IT and clinical teams, and assist in project planning and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to customers through various channels to analyze and resolve reported incidents or requests
- Maintain existing hardware and software following established procedures and assist in monitoring the Imaging Team Help Desk queue
- Participate in project planning, analysis, and implementation while developing and maintaining departmental documentation
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Sciences preferred
- 5-7 years of related experience required; substitutions allowed for extensive hands-on hardware and software support experience
- Demonstrated understanding of PACS workflow and experience in supporting computer hardware and software
- Ability to work closely with technical resources to analyze and maintain enterprise systems
- Full technical knowledge of software analysis and programs with strong problem-solving skills
