Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all clinical aspects of pharmacy benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage staff in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services, ensuring strategic alignment
• Oversee case reviews for pharmacy care management programs, including member appeals and grievances

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree
• 7 years of senior leadership experience in multi-disciplinary pharmacy operations
• Licensed in Tennessee to practice Pharmacy or eligible for licensure
• Competency in compendia navigation and research
• Basic understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies
