Tennessee Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Pharmacy who will execute clinical integration strategies to enhance pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage specialty pharmacy management and high-cost patient management programs
• Lead and support the expansion of the pharmacist role and oversee pharmacy benefit design requests
• Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical pharmacy programs and coordinate training for new clinical pharmacists

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy Degree
• At least 10+ years of experience in pharmacy, preferably with a focus on the employer health segment
• Post-graduate residency and board certification (BCPS or BCACP) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience
• Experience in developing clinical pharmacy strategies and resolving complex pharmacy benefit issues
