Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Extenders to support members through personalized case management and community resource utilization
  • Monitor and evaluate member progress, ensuring comprehensive care plans are in place and goals are being met
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and enrollment activities while maintaining program compliance and quality standards


Required Qualifications
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with relevant licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferably in Tennessee
  • Experience in leading, building, and implementing programs with demonstrated outcomes
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development
  • Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work
  • Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university
