Job Summary
Supporting healthcare quality improvement efforts, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Clinical Quality Analyst will analyze complex data, conduct audits, and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality and compliance audits to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate process improvements based on audit results
- Provide consulting support for quality and compliance audits, utilizing research and data analysis to identify healthcare service improvement opportunities
- Present audit results to stakeholders, analyze trends, and identify areas of non-compliance while educating internal customers on quality processes
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact Law
- Minimum of 4 years of managed care experience or experience with regulatory/accrediting body requirements (e.g., URAC, NCQA, EQRO, CMS) and clinical quality improvement
- Certification in Healthcare Quality, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent required, or must be obtained within one year of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated presentation and team facilitation abilities
