Tennessee Licensed Clinical Quality Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical quality program, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Clinical Quality Lead will define high-quality care standards, manage clinical incidents, and develop educational materials for independent nurses in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain clinical standards, review criteria, and quality indicators for Float visits
• Investigate and resolve clinical incidents, leading root cause analyses and corrective action processes
• Translate quality findings into educational materials and maintain clinical policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Five or more years of nursing experience, including three years in clinical quality or patient safety
• Direct experience with clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies
• Strong command of nursing standards of practice and clinical documentation
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing precise and defensible findings
