Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of nurses, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Clinical Quality Supervisor will guide clinical reviews of medical records, enhance documentation practices, and support quality improvement initiatives across the state.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining and disseminating documentation and reports related to quality and compliance issues
- Running database queries and applying logic to analyze complex issues, data, and performance measures
- Providing leadership to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including managing the annual HEDIS project
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Health Related Discipline (e.g., Nursing, Dietetics, Exercise Science)
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated success
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
