Job Summary

Offering remote or hybrid work options, the full-time salaried Tennessee Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive psychosocial support, conduct assessments, and facilitate resource linkage for patients navigating their cancer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to address emotional concerns and behavioral health needs of patients and families
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during behavioral health crises and significant changes in prognosis
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care and advocate for patients' needs with relevant agencies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• Valid and current master's level license in Tennessee (LCSW or equivalent)
• Minimum three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care
• Preferred certifications include OSW-C or APHSW-C
• Experience with technology and virtual care platforms is essential
