Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of Speech-Language Pathologists in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of SLPs through coaching, mentorship, and performance tracking
• Oversee clinical quality and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
• Conduct evaluations and sessions while modeling clinical excellence and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience post-clinical fellowship
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Experience with pediatric assessments
• Previous leadership experience required
• ASHA Certified/Certificate of Clinical Competence and full licensure in the state of residence
