Job Summary
Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Clinical Supervisor for Women and Children's Health, the full-time remote position will manage a team of care managers, oversee daily workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery of Healthy Maternity, High-Risk OB, and NICU case management programs.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring productivity and performance to identify areas for quality improvement and implementing updated processes
- Supervising, hiring, motivating, and evaluating staff to ensure program effectiveness and appropriate clinical service evaluation
- Coordinating clinical interfaces with internal and external clients to ensure the delivery of quality services
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
- 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry or an operations environment
- 3 years of clinical experience
- 2 years of leadership or management experience
- 1 year of experience in Utilization Management or Case Management
