Job Summary
Seeking a knowledgeable and self-motivated Tennessee Licensed Clinical Team Lead to work full-time remotely, serving as a clinical and operational leader for Commercial Women's Health and Children's Health programs while providing guidance and mentorship to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between members, providers, and customers to coordinate healthcare delivery and benefits programs
- Support team functions such as utilization management and case management to meet department performance goals
- Perform quality audits and provide feedback and training to staff regarding clinical or technical information
Required qualifications
- 3 years of clinical experience or relevant work experience as a social worker, case manager, or in allied health services
- Current, active Tennessee license in Nursing (RN), Masters level Social Work (LMSW), or an Allied Health Services degree with an active unrestricted license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in mentoring and supporting team development
- Thorough understanding of clinical workflows and operational processes
