Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prof/Ancillary Auditor II to ensure accuracy and compliance in clinical coding through thorough audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Presenting and communicating audit results, recommending corrective actions
• Conducting claims audits and serving as a subject matter expert to stakeholders
• Planning investigations for claims, identifying potential fraud, and engaging special investigation units as needed

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 4 years of professional or facility inpatient/outpatient coding and auditing experience
• Current AHIMA or AAPC coding certification of CPC or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and billing requirements
