Job Summary

Serving as a trusted partner for clients, the full-time Coding Client Success Specialist will provide training, conduct coding reviews, and address medical coding issues while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, providing guidance and escalating issues to clients as necessary
• Conduct coding reviews and offer recommendations based on current guidelines
• Provide written feedback on coding compliance documentation and perform clinical record audits as assigned

Required Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Home Health Coding Certifications
