Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Collection Representative will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and consistently meet performance metrics while working remotely.

Required qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Collection Representative certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to career success
