Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and exceed performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards

Required qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Collection Representative certification or willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year
• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Reliable and responsible with a proven track record of punctuality
• Experience in negotiating payment successfully and overcoming objections
