Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Tennessee Licensed Collection Specialist will perform various administrative services within the Collections Department, including preparing pay-off letters, sending itemized statements, and assisting account managers with tasks.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare pay-off letters for banks and title companies
  • Send itemized statements to debtors and assist Third Party Account Managers with administrative tasks
  • Provide input for errors and irregularities while performing other assigned duties
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree or post-high school courses preferred
  • Previous administrative work experience in an office setting is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong typing skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and collaboratively
