Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist (Account Resolution Representative) to manage inbound and outbound calls for payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections activities
• Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company/client systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends as required
