Job Summary
Providing legal advice on global commercial matters, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Commercial Counsel will draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on sales, procurement, regulatory, and data privacy matters
- Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and other parties on complex agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal and business policies throughout the contract management lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and operational legal matters, preferably in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant statutes and regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
