Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a part-time remote engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support, including drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and respond to written discovery with minimal supervision
- Manage commercial litigation matters in state and federal court
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of law firm experience in commercial litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee preferred
- Experience in insurance defense litigation and business disputes is preferred
