Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a part-time remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support, including drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and respond to written discovery with minimal supervision
• Manage commercial litigation matters in state and federal court

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of law firm experience in commercial litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee preferred
• Experience in insurance defense litigation and business disputes is preferred
