Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Ethics and Compliance Consultant will drive complex projects, provide regulatory guidance, and mentor team members while serving as a subject matter expert in compliance and ethics.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sensitive reviews conducted by government agencies such as TDCI, CMS, and DOL
- Manage multiple projects, overseeing processes and ensuring successful change management
- Serve as a representative for Corporate Compliance with internal and external groups
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 8 years of experience in health care compliance and government regulations
- Project management experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess or be eligible to obtain a relevant industry compliance designation within 2 years of hire
