Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage elements of a health plan compliance program and ensure compliance with state-based government health care programs
  • Engage in remediation strategies and collaborate with legal and compliance professionals to support program integrity activities
  • Evaluate compliance program functions and conduct product-specific research to identify Medicaid requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in managing compliance programs or regulatory positions
  • Experience in government, legal, healthcare, managed care, or health insurance environments
  • Proven ability to manage teams and major program initiatives
  • Broad knowledge of navigating complex matrixed environments
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and make decisions with limited information
